One of the things I think is important when we talk about EffecTech being part of Linde is that we don’t lose sight of what made the business successful in the first place. For 30 years, EffecTech has built a reputation for technical excellence, independence and specialist expertise. Those are strengths we want to protect, not change.

Linde’s role is to give EffecTech an even stronger platform from which to build. We can provide long-term stability and the ability to continue investing in people, technology and new capabilities, while allowing EffecTech to retain the technical integrity and specialist focus its customers value.

And I think the 30-year anniversary is a good moment to reflect on that. We can be proud of what EffecTech has built over its first 30 years, but our focus now is on making sure the business is even stronger for the next 30.
